My manager will start ICT VISA process for CANADA in July 2025, if I successfully receive the VISA. Is there any client approval required to move to CANADA?

I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue??
