Is WFH ends for PwC India. I am supposed to join in 2nd week of July and recruiter said that WFO started and all onboarding are doing physically.

Also I heard that lot of travelling for projects. Is it true? Travel to clients or client deputation like these things exists or rarely happens.

Is it a good time to join UBS as an AD? I have a total of 8.10 yoe. I was not looking for change but one of my previous company client employee asked me to take up the interview and I have cleared all the rounds and got the offer letter.
I have not yet completed 1 year in my current organization. Will this have any adverse effects in my career in future.

When I look for the part time roles I only find shady MLM and some delivery jobs. Nothing wrong in delivery jobs, but I am more inclined towards WFH role as me and my wife are pregnant.

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead

I have a governmental entity client in Texas that wants to offer 6 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees, even those who aren’t eligible for FMLA. After the paid 6 weeks, the employee can choose to continue paid leave using any accrued personal leave.

Texas does not have a paid parental leave statute.

If paid leave above what is required is offered for parents, do we also have to provide the same benefit to other employees that are eligible for unpaid leave?

When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Also what is the hierarchy. Additionally they have offered me 9.5 as Total Base pay however i had asked for 11 as base. Can you guys suggest if i should ask for more ?
