No, you can't. Not if you sit on your ass all day unless you're eating like 1k calories a day. lol crossfit what a sham, I go to the gym, lift up heavy shit and put it down again
Yes you can lose weight... maybe not a lot but you can. "Lift heavy shit" let me guess you lift 500 pounds right?
Quit gluten and carbs
I went from 350 to 250 walking 4 miles a day. It's doable. Diet is key though.
It's all about calories in and calories out. You can definitely lose the weight if you walk a few miles a day but you need to be eating healthy too.
Also, consider how long it took you to gain that weight. You're not going to lose it all instantly.
Good luck! I don't run either and somehow manage to be the skinniest guy at the office.
No I don't, I can squat about 300, pull 365, and press 225. Average numbers for some more serious lifters but it's not hard if you aren't lazy
