If i got selected I am planning to move with my family.

Stocks will be given at one time. Not every year. It's not 45lpa
Do understand, RSU will be credited within a month of joining, but you can sell only a portion of it to actually encash it every year, for eg. You can sell only 1/3rd of the rsu every year, so if you leave at 1 years and 10 months for eg, you will get only 10k$. Rest are as good as gone.

Stock is 7lpa per annum. So total package will be around 27lpa
I got the exact same offer from Autodesk and have joined recently with 2 YOE. It's a good offer and a great organization but you can try to negotiate more for 3+ YOE.
Keep in mind I have recently joined and am in honeymoon period, but I've heard similar things from current and ex-employees before I joined.
