Hi fishes, my colleague with 12 years of experience has got an offer with 28lakhs CTC and job position mentioned in offer letter is Test Analyst.

While interview time, manager said that this requirement is Test lead, but in offer it is mentioned as Test Analyst.

It's really confusing with the role they offered and the role they promised in interview period.
Can anyone of you please tell me the job levels with experiences in CGI? Your response creates a lot for me at the moment, awaiting...CGI

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.
