I am a Senior Salesforce developer with 4.8 YOE. I have offers from-

1. EPAM (X lakhs fixed)
2. HCL technologies ( X lakhs fixed + 2 lakh variable)
3. KPMG(KGS) ( X lakhs fixed + 1 lakh joining bonus + performance bonus)
4. Coforge (NIIT) ( X +4 lakhs fixed + 1.5 lakhs variable)

Which company should I join considering
a. WLB
b. quality of work
c. overall company policies
d. annual appraisals

Please share your opinion based on your experiences.

What are the chances of Amazon (or FAANG in general) allowing you to apply/interview again for a position that you did not get in the past?

So I was a 5th year associate in nyc making 100 k a year 2k billable hours.. I decided to leave for the role Im in now.. my old countered to keep me at 115k (which was like pulling teeth for them) but I left anyways now I find out that they offered a 7th year 150 k and a partner title should I be offended that they didn’t even try more with me

YOE: 3.1 years
Current CTC: 9.5 LPA all fixed
Tech stack: Java
I have following job offers:
UKG: 18 LPA (16 fixed) + 1 Lakh JB
Snapdeal: 22LPA (20 fixed)
Freecharge: HR discussion is pending but would offer more than 20 LPA

Not sure what to choose, designation is SSE in every company.
I want good work culture, WLB, good tech stack.
Also, I have 1 month NP left, can you suggest me some good companies to apply?

The leason learnt by some of high salary negotiatiors in one point of time is never always chasing high salary and stuck in toxic company and suffer.
Please also give priority to company brand and wlb

I got offer from a product based firm which offered me 24+2(variable) and joining date is on Monday. They have even sent me the laptop and welcome kit. But today I got one more offer from capgemini offering 30lpa. What should I do?

My least favorite reason to be working into Saturday evening is because the partner is not good at their job.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

I like my current job, company and public accounting. I know I am being underpaid at $70k as a senior tax associate with 2-3 years of experience as I have talked with my local peers as well as local recruiters. Also, I know outside hires to my company get paid about $5-$10k higher than me, but they don’t get a raise the following year. My question is what is everyone’s experience with company hopping to get a pay bump within public accounting?

Just realized excel has a new feature to analyze data in excel. Do you think this will impact the need/want for data analysts? Will the compensation go down or do you think it’ll have no impact?

Hello all, I need one advice.
I am working as SAP consultant for 3.6 years in same company now. I am going to make my first switch in one of the big 4 in SAP only.
The thing is that I don't really enjoy working in SAP. It was handed over to me when I joined my current WITCH company. Now I have decided to switch to Salesforce tech. For which I have already finished the Admin beginner part.(while staying in NP)
