Rising 2nd year here: been rethinking my choice as an M&A attorney. I've had a rough go of it over the first year-and-a-half of practice and am thinking about moving to a different practice area. I'd like to stay on the transactional side, but am not quite sure what areas I can leverage my corporate and M&A skills in. I was thinking T&E (i.e. business succession planning, etc.)

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. I am working as SAP consultant for 3.6 years in same company now. I am going to make my first switch in one of the big 4 in SAP only.
The thing is that I don't really enjoy working in SAP. It was handed over to me when I joined my current WITCH company. Now I have decided to switch to Salesforce tech. For which I have already finished the Admin beginner part.(while staying in NP)
