PLEASE HELP! I’m a first year commercial litigation associate at a boutique firm. I am deciding between two offers. One is to go in-house paying roughly the same as I make now. The second offer is from big law as a commercial real estate associate, paying double.

This is a very personal post. My brother completed his btech in 2015 from mechanical branch and he did few jobs in the same stream mostly contractual basis with public sector companies.

Currently he is working in an edu tech firm where they are making him work on marketing. He wants to switch to IT. Considering his year of completion of degree it's pretty difficult.
