Helping current employers prep job spec for my replacement. Salary was a factor for me leaving but minor relative to other things.

I then decided to go back to my previous organization. They are ready to take me back. Salary difference is not much(about 15% less than my current ,but approx 65% from my last drawn salary in my previous org).
