Give them family medical emergency issue and postpone their doj for 1 month and use their offer .And tell them that's why I have asked my other offer to give me later DOJ due to same reason but have some makeshift proofs ready
Get new offers don't tell immendieate joining situation... just tell that I am on notice period 53 days remaining... but I can get it reduced by 1 month ... after you are done with interviews... you can say that you negotiated for early release
doesn’t work like that bro, if you already out of job. We can’t say that still in NP bluff, plus you won’t have value if still in NP. (Immediate Joiner > Serving Notice) also they will ask for reliving letter and resignation letter like that. Best is giving some excuse of not joining early (medical or family) and don’t go below what you really want in your next salary.
