Received an offer from Infosys of 17.28 + 1.25 joining bonus
My current company is offering retention of 20lpa fixed with an assurance of normal workload

Which one to consider ? Any thoughts would help a lot LWD in current organization is 30 Oct and Joining is Infosys is 2 Nov 2021 please share your thoughts based on experience
