I'm a Frontend developer with around 3 yrs of experience currently working in a product based company.
(HTML, CSS, JS, REACT, REDUX, AWS, NODEJS, EXPRESS, BOOTSTRAP, UIKIT, GIT, BITBUCKET, JIRA, etc)

I don't know why but my luck is not favouring me😔.
I'm trying very hard to switch but even after applying at numerous places - either getting rejected at HM round or not getting call at all.

Looking for a new role, currently in FP&A but hoping to pivot to a financial strategy role. Due to some limitations, the job would have to be remote.

I feel like I have applied to 50 jobs in the past weeks and can't even get recruiters to reply back. Resume has great experience and I have worked with a few resume writers to fine tune it.

Is there some advice anyone can provide? I'm really lost, and desperate to get out of my current company and role.

I have cleared all the rounds for LTI post which I received autogenerated mail and then later HR asked to upload documents. In how many days can I expect offer letter?

Does studying for top consulting firms’ case interviews help in any way for interviews with other firms (e.g., FAANG case interviews) ?

Is it better to cast a wide net in terms of applications to a specific firm, or does it look “better” to only apply to one or a couple openings?

Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. We have a vaccine proof or (-) test policy for our office, we are mostly still remote. Is anyone dropping those requirements as our provincial governments also drop vac certificate regulations and other protections? My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete.
