Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

So far so good for me. I've been with Maersk for a month now. It's huge and a properly managed org I must say. Those who say it's a legacy,outdated system doesn't have a clue. The tech is top notch, their vision is aspiring. Work culture is great as well. I am happy I've taken a good decision.

What is JL3?? I am being offered the same. What is the hierarchy there

What did they offer what did they offer for JL 3??
I am right now Senior Consultant and they offered me JL3 as Software Engineer, I feel I am going down the hierarchy. Can anyone explain the role of JL3 and usually how many yoe a JL4 level candidate should have?
FYI, I am working as a Senior UX designer. (JB4)

That depend on your tech most of the time they have POC. Solving the problem which is not the problem.
