HR says this is the final offer. What should I be doing?
Profile is entirely different at infy and it is from tech side whereas I'm from non tech background.
I'm interested because of the growing market in tech. Suggestions welcome. Please suggest what and how to negotiate. I need to clear things tomorrow.

2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique.
