I cleared all rounds for a reputed consulting firms (one of the MBB’s), got through the HR round and then even the due diligence. I was told that I will be getting the offer letter by this week. But the HR didn’t revert & then when I called her, she said that my role has been put on hold for 2 weeks, bcz apparently there’s a spin off that’s happening within the firm. But I see more openings for the same role on linkedin. Do I still hold a chance or should I move on?

I'm at Kolkata. Started off with 1.8LPA, currently around 11LPA. BTech+MBA. Always get scores of 4 out of 5 (exceeds expectations) KRA YoY and pointless praises about how well I managed projects, yada yada. I get good work-life balance.

Is this fair pay or am I exploited?
