Hi Fishes, Recently I got an offer from Capgemini , In the offer they mentioned "Other Allowancement & Reimbursement 1 & 2" in monthly & yearly salary structure.
Can we get all the amount which they mentioned there monthly or how is it? Can anyone explain

Hello Fishes, Please help me in understanding the health insurance policy at Nagarro. Is spouse and parents by default enrolled in the default 3 lac amount? If not, what’s the premium amount I need to pay?

I have completed 8 months in the current org and my Notice Period is 90 Days.
If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?

I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax. Not to mention regular house maintenance. How is it better than 3.5k rental. I understand appreciation and own house independence. But I am just trying to make numbers work.

Potential client owns eCommerce site selling graphic design caricature posters of celebrities from independent artist submissions. Is there name & likeness issues with client selling the posters w/o celebrity approval?

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
