How much do we receive?
What is Delivery Discretionary bonus plan?

I am a B.tech CSE student and have two offers :-
1) EXL services:- Role( Business analyst Band A2)
6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on training it would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.
Please don't ignore this and help me to choose the right decision.
So please if you are from EXL and Fractal or have any idea about these companies please help to make right decision as Fresher.

I’m an S1 and got an offer for an in-house VC fund accountant position. I have a background in both partnership and corporate tax, but have more partnership experience. I'm coming to the end of a contract term and being converted to FTE.

The offer was presented to me by the hiring manager and not HR/Recruiter. To me it is a lower base salary offer than expected, so I asked for info on the total compensation package (base, benefits, bonus, stock/rsu, etc.), which I was told about when they took me on under the contract with the intention to convert.

I got verbal offer from oracle and bgv also initiated on Feb 23rd. On March 9th hr says position is waiting for approval at VP and BU level due to budget constraints. My notice period with current company ends on 31st March. What are the chances of getting offer letter? If so, what time frame can I expect?

I have done with all the rounds for SRE position with Oracle. I have uploaded all the documents for the bgv in the first advantage url. It's been 15 days. Since then I didn't receive any communication. The director told initially when he started the offer roll out process that there is a freeze going on and needs to get the approvals to get this done. How many days will it take to roll out the offer basically with Oracle India. Can some one please help me with info.

Hi, i got an offer from Oracle India, but didn't joined as i heard about their hike policy, Also got a better counter offer.
I had convinced my hiring manager, closing the matter by sending email 2 weeks in advance. The reason I stated that the job was in a different city and i am being retained by my employer at that time in my home town.

Will I be able to rejoin Oracle India? Please help.
