I have 4 years years of experience ,preparing to give salesforce technical consultant interview, wanted to know what is the salary range and how many rounds of interview and what type of rounds.
My current ctc is 18.5(16.8 fixed)

9 am- sign in and check emails
930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep

How do you integrate cardio and strength training? I do running & peloton for cardio, Solidcore (full-body Pilates) for strength training, and yoga for flexibility. But I can’t figure out an optimal way to combine them. Cardio/strength on alternate days makes it hard to have rest days; doing both on the same day means whichever workout I do second seems to suffer. Is there a “best” way to organize my calendar to get good results from all of my workouts?

Agency recruitment managers! How do y’all set goals for your department? Do you focus on outreach goals, applicant goals, purely hiring goals no matter the outreach numbers, conversion rates, etc? Asking because I manage two recruiters working with different clients and both work with different styles, so outreach messages for one might not make sense for the other. Looking for some mental health advice - I’ve been dealing with pretty debilitating anxiety/panic attacks for over 5 years. Finally started to get some help for it through medication, however the first 3 meds my PCP prescribed me (ssris) didn’t work. Because I haven’t deal with the anxiety it’s gotten really bad. Do I go to a pyscitatrist whose trained more in pharma or start with therapist. Have done therapy in past without much help.

I thought I was getting better (was currently working with my doc to slowly taper off my antidepressant) but my anxiety attacks are coming back. I think I’m just not meant to be unmedicated. I ended up requesting to go back to my original dosage
