Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . I understand we will get good facilities, education, cleanliness , good air etc , however I wanted to check whether people gel up easily in the new environment? Don't they feel loneliness/ difficult to adjust? Do they look for similar asian nationalities to kill boredom?

I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
Currently placed at 20 lpa with 7 years of exp and wife at 12 lpa.
And before moving she would have to put down the papers and search for job there afresh.
I'm also having offer for 30+ lpa in India.
Would it be a wise decision to move there. Would I be able to save enough and enjoy as well?

Anyone here can help me for h1b sponsorship?, i am holding an h4 dependent visa without work permit. Not willing to leave my job here in India due to financial requirements.
