Hello fishes, need some guidance on the following questions - How is cognizant doing currently? Is it safe to join cognizant? How about the attrition rate, any improvement? How about job security? Do they layoff? Looking for some serious suggestions. I have a loan on me, and my package is low. And IBM doesn't give any hike. So was looking to switch. Hi Adidas colleagues, How much Hike I can expect in next pay review? I joined adidas this year on June 1st . I am on M4 level. CTC is 18LPA.
Total YEO will be 4 yrs 3 months by end of Dec.
I got M4 because they have only a slot of that position available that's why CTC is relevantaly bit low.

Its the work culture i am talking about. Expecting employees to work 16 hours a day including weekend and decorating that as ambition is stupid. ZS is very good at decorating its bad work culture as good and fool their employees. Every employee who left ZS (like me) will tell that ZS has an extremely bad work culture just decorated as good by Leaders who were fooled by their leader.
Ambition is good and must but companies expecting their employees to give their complete life after work is plain cunning and employees accepting that culture and claiming it as as ambition are up for a huge surprise 20 yrs down the line.
Life at ZS is just work work and work.
You should forget about life from work life balance.
This is the case with 90% of the employee including me. The expectations here is too high and you keeo working long hour until one day you realise where did your time go.
If you want peace, choose IQVIA
if you are fine working 12-14 hours, cone to ZS
Go with iqvia as there is no work life balance in zs
Salary/Monetary benefit wise ZS far exceeds IQVIA. Salary for consultant in ZS would be in the range of 18-24 LPA while that of IQVIA would be 12-18 LPA. But when it comes to work life balnce and good work culture IQVIA is way way better easily more worth than the extra money ZS pays
I agree with C1 on the comment on WLB. IQVIA has a better WLB.
I 100% disagree with the comment on culture. ZS has one of the best cultures in the Indian ecosystem. It cares about the employees and always goes above and beyond in listening to them and their issues.
OP - If you're ambitious and want to have a realistic shot at becoming a partner at a Consulting firm, then WLB won't matter and ZS will be your best bet. If you want to prioritize WLB, then go to IQVIA.

@Author. That again depends on yoe and your position. At fresher level, i will suggest go for ZS as that will provide quick growth but make sure to take all tha claims made by ZSers about ZS wuth a pinch of salt and get out of it in 3-4 years otherwise you'll lose your complete life un excel spreadsheets before you realize.. If ut is for a senior role with YOE greater that 5 years than it depends on what your next goals are.. If money matters, still go for ZS, if work life balance matters, IQVIA is obvious choice
Nice.i was offered 14 + joining bonus for consultant..but my yoe was just 3 years..
The salary for Consultant in IQVIA is not 12-18LPA….i know people who have gone in range of 20s
And i think WLB compensates for some extra salary
What would you do with extra money if you don’t have time to spend it 🤐
