Does that include equity? If no, how much in equity? How big is the company and your direct team? And what series of funding are they on?

It sounds on the low end. I know a mid-level UX Designer in NY making $160. And, Senior/Principal designers in Tier1 locations are making $200K.
Of course, if you are remote (lower cost of living) and receive other benefits (e.g. equity) it might be a good opportunity.
Open to other timezones, but occasionally need to make east coast and west coast morning meetings.
How large is the team? What city is this in?
2 currently. Remote job, but more ideal if candidate in US time zone. NE even better for rare offsite meetups for larger planning sessions. Most ideal tristate area.
I’d say no, especially if the company is based on the east coast. But it also depends on where you’ll be working from as well. It might be competitive based on the NY salary, and its translation to your location and the cost of living there.
