No financial bond but I have to submit my original documents for 2 years time period
CTC: 3.5 Lpa
Location : Jaipur Rajasthan

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

Recently I had interview with IBM on 9th followed by PDM on 10th may, how long it usually takes for IBM to share offer letter ?
On 16th i got a call from HR asking if i have recieved an offer or not to which I revert with a No however I did share my current salary and adhar card already , than she said it will be published soon .
