Food for thought this a Friday. Quiet quitting has been trending for the last few weeks. This is problematic in two ways. A) Doesn’t actually identify the root cause for burnout (I.e abuse at work or poor company culture B) Completely dismisses a whole demographic of people unable to do the bare minimum without facing penalty. If your organization has an annual review cycle before salary increments are done , usually in March , the organisation isn't going to change that for one person .
However if you are an exceptionally mission critical resource or an exceptional perfomer with irreplaceable skill sets and experience , you can try.
Asking this to the right people discreetly in your organization however won't hurt , at most , they will say no.
Every now and then an exception does get approved by your reporting managers and HR , but exceptions only for exceptional resources with an exceptional amount of good luck under exceptional circumstances.

The annual review happens in September here and my probation will be done by August.
So then a question has to go from you to the HR on eligibility to go through this review. To be eligible for that you may need have some months of post probation service.
However , these things vary a LOT , there's no thumb rule or law governing this , only internal organization specific policies driving this.
So go to the HR get clarity on eligibility first.
