I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. How much CTC will be proper for 5 yrs of Java dev in Accenture??

I gave a coding test on a potal with hr monitoring , but the portal had lots of issues , I couldnt do a Sysout to check the values , I couldn't run my testcases , in the end I had to use my own environment and make things work in last 5-10 mins.I received a rejection from their process for 1 year now.I have requested the recruiter for a re-test with a technical engineer present if same issue arises but I doubt they will accept it , what could I do next ? Don't wna miss out on this one
