Just received a formal offer from Deloitte Consulting as a SC in Strategy & Analytics. Base is $125K, no sign-on bonus. This isn’t much of an increase from what I’m making now. For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.
