I'm hiring soon for a clinical pharmacist roles to do prior authorizations from home. It's state programs and mainly 9 to 5. What should the compensation be? It'll include 3 weeks vacation and all holidays off btw.

Even if boss turns it down, I’ll feel better about knowing I offered to help.

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). Advice for Of Counsel roles? I am of counsel at a firm where I can set my own rate and keep a percentage of collections, which varies slightly depending on whether the client is one I generated or not. I’m finding that a lot of my work is for firm clients where the lawyer negotiated a flat fee (and the hours worked are less, due to efficiency etc). What is the right way for me to be compensated in this scenario?
