Has anyone considered making the move to the corporate world? I work in admin for my nonprofit right now so I make a decent amount (53k) my benefits are unbeatable. I have been at my current firm for about 1.5 years, and in that entire time the partner in my group hasn't been out of the office a single time. Is that normal? I gave google silicon interview all 4 rounds 3+ months back, from then they are saying they want to hire me but headcount approval is not yet received.
Last week they said, lets go for one more round and finalize immediately. That interview also went very good.
Post that they didn't call back itself, they have stopped responding also.

Has anybody faced this issue? This I feel completely unprofessional and not really expected from Google.
