I said truth I dont have because my company is small and the people are around 20-30 so they didn't cover PF but i have offer letter and resignation letter, bank proof .He not accepts

Recently hired Patent Agent and wanted to know if I am being fairly compensated and utilized. Training lasted a couple days where I immediately got assigned to draft +2 patent applications and +1 office action responses each week. Have no experience with 3D modeling programs so drawing diagrams and figures take a long time too. TOC < 80k and no annual bonus.

Considering lateraling up significantly up to a V15 firm from a V75 firm. At current gig I have work life balance and rarely work weekends. I also decline work when I’m at capacity for the day (8 hours billable). What’s the deal with V15 firms? Is declining work and weekends off while keeping the job a possibility?

Moving on from Hotels (Hospitality)?

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now, but it is very to commit to actually accept a new job offer since I really do love my job. My only complaint is, the pay vs workload is very small. I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.

Should I move on and go to a different industry? Opinions are welcome! Thanks in advance.

Any CPAs out there that decided to buy and run a business? Curious if my theory that after advising businesses how to run efficiently and effectively, that I could fairly easily deploy this experience in an existing business. Obviously I'm not ignorant that there will be obstacles to overcome but ultimately think it would be successful. For added context, I have an MBA, have focused of business development so understand sales and dealing with customers.
