My query ..I want to Increase my salary package and shift to software MNC companies. What are the channels to get into big 4.
I am feed up with salary increments frm past 11yrs.
Kindly any one advice n share ur experience.so i can get awareness.
Note: Software i worked on GAC Dolphin ,SAP ,Oracle ERP, Tally ERP.

Ask them to deduct joining bonus amount from your salary.
My current notice period is 30 days. If I asked them to deduct the amount then I may have to work for 90 days to settle the remaining amount. Moreover, I am still in the training phase which will be completed by the end of this month. So working here for 90 days is still not suitable since they would know that I am going out and will be reluctant to assign any new work. Since I am completely new to their team there is no scope for KT or dependency. Nice suggestion though I will try to keep this as my last resort.
Tax part you can ask for IT refund in june, if you give it back while leaving.

There is no other way to escape. As a company they definitely would have thought of all possibilities and then drafted their policies. So if you want to leave before 1 year you have to repay the entire JB. Some companies asks us to repay based on prorated basis . Also if your np is 30 days then why do you think they will allow you to work for 90 days.
They will certainly not allow me to work for 90 days. It's just an assumption if I have to repay them back as quickly as possible.
What about the email confirmation? Will, it not be considered a scam?
Look out for employers who would be happy to buyout your notice/compensate you for the repayment of variable in some way.
I've seen new employers who are keen for such negotiations & wouldn't deny in first go.
