Hi all hope your well, I’m a junior early in my career, in the last year I’ve been working as contractor subcontracted as a professional services consultant for a Fintech firm where I’ve taken responsibilities in Project management and working as a part of the delivery team, as well as studying/holding a prince 2 foundation certificate. I’m seeking opportunities in business analysis, aside from just applying what are the best ways I can upskill myself to be proficient for such a role.

Anyone successfully made a jump from BA to product owner? How did you do it? Any tips on trying to make that transition as part of a job hunt, as opposed to moving up internally within the company?

I got hired as a BA, at an advisory firm. Im new to the industry and new to the role. I see that every BA is different in different companies. Right now I’m building out SOP’S for our different departments, as well working with clients guiding them through our pipeline. I get to Analyze data every now and then to help make business decision, but there’s less emphasis on this. What tools or resources should I be utilizing to help myself grow and keep pushing. This company is young and growing.

I left deloitte India manager role to join IQVIA lead developer because of a difference in salary of around 5lpa and also because I read bad reviews about DI throughout. It's been a week that I got onboarded in iqvia but still haven't received laptop and no sign of work getting started. I am bored, demoralized and regretting not joining Deloitte now. How Onsite opportunities for SAP technology in Deloitte USI ?

I received an email from Cognizant that my interview has been scheduled. There is nothing mentioned about job position and job description. There was no prior communication with HR as well. Is it fake or genuine?

I am going to pursue Higher Studies this year around August. I need to apply papers this month, as I have 3 months notice period in Intellect Design Arena. It's been only six months since I joined this company.
I am worried because I want to work till August to save for my studies. If I apply papers now, is there a chance that I will be relieved early as I have only 6 months experience.
If I don't apply paper and leave the company on August what are the consequences.

I Know that on-site opportunities are very few In fact Zero in IBM. What are the on-site opportunities for resources at Manager level in HCL.

I have worked at accenture and then deloitte in consulting domain in project management roles. Observed that in both orgs bulk of the assignments are project management related. Is this the norm in our consulting domain? Are engagements eg process optimization, business process design etc hard yo come by and if so how best to qualify for these roles instead of getting pushed in project management roles???
