I had a technical discussion for HCL on 3rd Oct. It's been more than a week. I still haven't received a status on that interview. I have also received a "Resume shortlisted" mail from their careers app after a week.
Does it mean I'm selected? There's no intimation of the status at all. The HR don't reply on mails/calls.

I have 9+ years of experience. Now I am stuck at 20LPA CTC. Not getting much interview calls as mostly requirements come for cheap resources having less than 7-8 YOE. My domain is into SAP Consulting. How can I increase my CTC further and move ahead in career? Any experienced ERP Consultants can help?
