Sr. Con: I joined last year in March and worked day-night for a tight deadlined project. In that team I worked alone with only 1 lead developer & hoped for a good rating. But in the appraisal I got a very avg rating of consistently met expectations. I am completely demotivated and drained. Now they put me in another project where there are 16 devs in the team. It's very difficult to create a niche here in this team amongst the competition. What if I get another low rating next year ?

Is it common for a copywriter to transition into account/project management within digital marketing?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
