I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

Hi Capgemini people, Till 15th November we have to declare our vaccination status so that they can plan back to office for the employees who are fully vaccinated or having report of not having covid. I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? But at account level or team level it may differ depending on the flexibility your manager offers/ account head offer
In general mindtree had pretty flexible wfh policy before pandemic as well. Some senior employees used to come to office 2-3 times a week only and long wfh were also common. But it all depends upon your performance, value created and relationship with management
Yes and no, Chaudhury. Some people work very well from home offices. Some really struggle with it due to chaotic home or poor self management. If that's the case, then yes, wfh should depend on performance.
