Can anyone please share the P5 (Executive Director) salary range in wells fargo.
What are salary components, joining bonus and variable bonus at this level. How much percentage is variable of fixed ctc. Whatever they mention in offer do they pay full variable.
What are other benefits offered by company. Is M3 level different then P5 as both are ED roles. Is salary range differ

I don't want to ask the Mck recruiter more questions. Can someone explain the differences in the Profit Sharing Retirement Plan and the Money Purchase Pension Plan? Does Mck contribute to both?

Fishes honest opinion needed. Me and My so presently live in Arkansas, living in our first home with a child 4 year, both of us recently changed our jobs and have HHI ~ 420K, current mortgage 1600/month. We are looking to move to Dallas and thinking of buying a house ~996K with a 15% down. Questions -

One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

I'm a SWE from Italy. Love my country but salary and taxes here are outrageous. Got 2yrs experience in fullstack and data science, 2masters, a peer reviewed paper and outperform all my peers for 24k€ a year.
I'm thinkin about landing a remote SWE job (leetcoding and building a portfolio this summer).
Have you got some advice? Is it possible to work for US remotely without visa? What other countries pay well? Is it possible to land a 100k$+ with this kind of experience and working from Italy?
