For the Tech 2 round at EY GDS, is it mainly technical, managerial, or a mix of both?
If anyone has already been through this round, could you please share your experience and any tips on how to prepare?

Has anyone asked for a hike in the same company without any other offer in hand by letting them know that you deserve more (providing proof of work & awards)

P.S. I know everybody thinks they should receive more but just in case you really think you deserve it when compared to market standards, has anyone approached HR directly?

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Anyone have any insight on switching to banking roles from Corporate Finance? Recently graduated (<1 year) if that helps - looking to make a move before being locked in
