I have an offer from LTI, my joining date is in next 2 days. Today only I got an offer for higher package from another company. If I try to negotiate with LTI will they entertain in such a last moment.

“Experienced Hire” with 7 years of advisory technology consulting. Possibly looking to switch firms. Have no idea if I’m in the range, over or under market level on comp. What’s a good going rate for base plus bonus range? Currently 150k base with about 25 in bonus, but the bonus has accelerators which puts me closer to 180/190 in total comp.

I’m a Hispanic woman on my team ( 8 years industry experience with managerial experience ) and have been in my role for 1.5 years . A white male on my team (4 years industry experience no managerial experience) with under a year at the same level got promoted over me. I have helped him with everything and constantly providing him with feedback and direction on what to do . Do I bring it up to senior leadership?
