I am working as contractor for GE. My client has opened a position in my team and have asked me. While discussing the ctc they offered only 30% hike that too we have to relocate as well. My current CTC is 10 LPA with 6 YOE. I have seen GE people having ctc way higher than this.. can I negotiate with them for this ?

I suffer from depression. Currently on 150mg Venafaxcine. It seems my depression is worse in the day and I come alive at night. Has anyone experienced this with or without Venafaxcine?

Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.
