I have recently accepted the TCS offer and initiated a BGC Process and filled the onboarding forms(form 2, form 9) and also the onboarding team has asked for a UAN Number.

However i have another offer in salary negotiation in phase

My question is filling the forms and sharing the UAN to TCS will not create an issue if I don't join TCS.
Mainly I am concerned about in EPFO it shouldn't have tcs in service history.

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.

But once I started talking to friends i got to know that one of my frnd has recently been fired from CTS last year due t unavailability of project.
