Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Reps, you have a client who you’ve had for less than a year. You’ve helped them secure a couple small jobs in that time span. They book a big job with an agency that isn’t a house account but certain producers and clients at that agency are noted as house accounts. The job came through a reco from one of those house account producers. Do you charge the full 25k commission, even though you didn’t really have a hand in the sale, and the client already had a strong relationship with the agency?
