All of them are offering almost same fixed salary but RSUs in Autodesk is additional benefits of good amount.
Which of them is better for growth, job security and benefits etc

I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

Recently hired Patent Agent and wanted to know if I am being fairly compensated and utilized. Training lasted a couple days where I immediately got assigned to draft +2 patent applications and +1 office action responses each week. Have no experience with 3D modeling programs so drawing diagrams and figures take a long time too. TOC < 80k and no annual bonus.

Is 400k gbp all in (175 base + 225 bonus) decent for a VP2?
This is at a UMM fund. Carry c £1.5m but who knows when that will come…
