I have total of 4 yrs of experience, but don't have exposure to extensive coding and development.i want to know what are the skills requirements companies are looking for in a data scientist having 4 years of experience ( I want to showcase atleast 3 yrs of experience into AI/ML/ DS) ,I have worked on few gen AI pocs and projects and I am good with python.
Also I am looking for good hike in a range of 15 to 20 lakhs ctc.
Any constructive suggestions would be appreciated.
