I don’t think it would hurt to ask about it in a 1:1 with your manger! I’m sure you are valuable to the team, they owe you clarity on whether to plan on extension/conversion

I've not anything other than generic advice (Apply to many jobs. Don't get your hopes up too much on any one position. Make sure you have good stories in the STAR format. etc.)
But I did want to say this at least: Good luck.
Not sure if you’ve talked to your management about converting to FTE, but if you have and they’re not moving fast on it, I would consider asking them for a letter of recommendation as your on the hunt for your next opportunity. In my experience, it was taking too long for me to convert from an intern to FTE, and once I asked my boss for the letter, I was converted the next week.
