I interviewed for a role at atlassian I went through several round of interviews
Hiring manager round
Technical Round 1
Technical Round 2
Then recruiter scheduled two more rounds
Values round
Leadership round
But now it has been more than 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything from recruiter.
Can anyone tell how much time atlassian takes to get back to candidate, feeling quite anxious :(

According to an article in LinkedIn new job postings are down for the first time in 9 months but still there over 10 million open jobs with only 5.9 million unemployed workers. Why is it that here I am unemployed over 4 months and still not one offer. Anyone got some positive vibes to send my way it would be appreciated! Still WFH? What are other chambers doing for task management? Our chambers has been keeping up with assignments, incoming emails needing judge’s eyes, and written orders, all through Microsoft Planner. We share PDFs through Sharepoint folders. Although we still email draft orders back and forth, the system seems to work well enough. We still aren’t operating at our previous capacity because it takes 10x the number of steps to get a motion heard or an order entered—90% of our workload.
