I have received the offer one and half months ago.
The process so far - I received warm welcome to accenture mail, action items mail, and the status in the workday application changed from "Interviews completed" to "offer accepted".

My concern is - whether my BGV completed or not?

I am requesting to prepone the joining date as I can join immediately but the HR is telling BGV is still working under process.

Kindly suggest me what I can do.
