Btw, to your answer, you can put the total ECTC as 45 lpa.. negotiate and don't go below fixed component of 42 lpa.

My gf joined LTC recently, she has 6 yoe, she was offered CTC of 41 lpa.. so, u can quote 45+.

They offered me a maximum of 40% of my fixed salary. I tried to negotiate as much as possible, but they weren’t willing to go beyond that.

If you do billable work on a given PTO/vacation day, do you still count that day as vacation? Or do you get that vacation day "back"? Or do you only get the part that you billed "back"? (Or some other option.)

1) Yes, our salaries are in line with B4. Happy to discuss specifics with the skeptics.

3) Our WLB is miles better than B4.
4) Yes, we are paying strong referral bonuses because our practice has literally doubled in the past year.
5) All of the above is due to a strong pipeline and significant growth within the practice.
