PhD in Chemistry w/ 8 YOE. Now pursuing a part-time MBA while working as an R&D manager is a chemical company. I don't enjoy chemistry research anymore and want to try something else. 1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.

I never miss my deadline in the past 3 years.
And I was respected and got awards from VPs and was also paid well too then.
