Looking for a comparison between Xebia and JoulesToWatts from people with first hand experience. I currently have an offer from Xebia at 40.69 LPA (37 LPA fixed) with a 1 lakh joining bonus, and another from JoulesToWatts at 43 LPA fixed. Beyond just CTC, I’m trying to understand how the two compare on actual take-home, benefits (insurance, learning budget, WFH support, etc.), leave structure and flexibility, work culture, expectations, growth opportunities, and role stability.

Better to choose some other stable company even pay is less

If client are good and stable in those 2 companies, u can give a try, but still it is very risky

I guess in any service company we rarely find stability so its better find good pay.

When I joined my current company, we were on a quarterly bonus structure with guaranteed payouts each quarter. This was, in fact, how the recruiter said he could meet my salary request.

The company just announced we are moving to annual payouts only, with no payments for 2023 until May 2024. There are no raises happening.

This amounts to 12% less money in my pocket in 2023 plus inflation.

Is this standard, or should I be looking for opportunities elsewhere?

Hello fishes. I'm an MBA graduate currently working as a digital marketing professional in a mid size consulting firm with 3 years of experience.
I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA.

My husband having 12 yrs. exp currently holds two opportunities abroad at the moment. We r a family of three (husband, wife and a 1 yo)

One is a contract role (through a consultancy) in Australia with 100k annual pay.. Other one is an On-site opportunity in New Zealand through an WITCH company, not unsure of the pay right now. Their eventual plan is to settle abroad, preferably Australia

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

I am having total 4 year of experience. CCTC is 8.6 lpa TechStack is Java,Springboot,Microservice with Azure cloud

I have offer of 19 LPA from Optum which includes 2.5lpa variable

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.
