I have two offers one with Mastercard (finicity) and the second with Morgan Stanley with CTC close to just 2 lakhs extra with Morgan Stanley.

I have been offered P3 at Morgan Stanley and Software Engineer 2 at Mastercard Navi Mumbai .

I need suggestions which one will be better Morgan Stanley or MasterCard Navi Mumbai which was previously called Finicity.

Shall I negotiate with Mastercard for 2 lakhs extra

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? If yes what would be a subtle way to do so?

How much percentage hike can be asked in Infosys while filling the application form.

I have given the technical round and got a mail from Infosys team to fill in the following details:-
1) Application form
2) latest offer/salary revision letter

Application form suggest to fill the expectation from Infosys.

Currently having 8.2 LPA CTC in current company.
Having 13 LPA CTC as a counter offer with me from another company.
