2) latest offer/salary revision letter

Application form suggest to fill the expectation from Infosys.

Currently having 8.2 LPA CTC in current company.
Having 13 LPA CTC as a counter offer with me from another company.

I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies. Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call. My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
