In excel , we have basic salary(min 35%), personal allowance (less than or equal to basic), other allowance(max 30% of personal allowance) HRA (Max 50% of basic) and finally PF (12% of basic). KPMG : 18 LPA fixed+ medical allowance+ gratuity, profile: consultant, tech: devops

Workday: 21 LPA fixed + 7.5 LPA worth allowances (stocks and medical claims)
Profile: bt infrastructure engineer, tech: AWS (probably devops components included)

Please note workday does not share salary breakup and 7.5 LPA worth allowances are for everyone. It also has hybrid model.
