Hi folks. What is the ideal salary for someone with 10 years of experience in financial services who would be joining the consulting division at Manager level (not sure if it is 1,2,3)? Is there a concept of minimum assured variable pay at EY GDS?

Also, how is the work-life balance in this profile in general? Do people work late and during weekends regularly? I understand divisions have lot of pressure during certain times but not sure about consulting.

-I do a peleton class for around 20-40 min around lunch.
- I go for a 1-2 mile run after work
-and I do a 20 minute peleton arm/upper body and glutes workout on alternate days with 7-10 pound dumbbells.

My joining date at EY GDS is on 26th of September,2022. By now, I have received a link to upload required documents and also I had a BGV process done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was not successful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also uploaded my Aadhar as a proof of my residence . I have completed this more than two weeks ago but still didn't hear back. Is it ok?
